Need to swap sizes? No problem! We offer a 30-day exchange policy provided the item(s) is in its original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed and undamaged. We will handle all the logistics of the exchange. Once your exchanged item/s have been received by us, your replacement item/s will be delivered to you at a courier cost of R75.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of your item along with a photograph of the defect and we will be sure to facilitate an exchange for you. If the same product is no longer in stock, our standard return policy will apply.

It is important to us that you are happy with every purchase that you make from our collection. We have a 30 day return policy provided the item(s) is in its original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Your choice of either a refund or store credit will be issued, less the cost of courier (R75) to return the item to our Head Office.

Yes! If you are based near one of our local distributors, you are welcome to collect your order directly. If you are in the Western Cape or Gauteng area, please factor in a waiting period. Your item will be included with the next bulk order heading to your area.

Please allow a 10-day to 2-week turnaround time on “made to order” or custom items.  This includes all infinity dress orders.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. All orders are then dispatched via our courier to arrive within 2-3 working days. We send all parcels marked for ‘overnight service’, but delivery does still vary depending on which area you fall under.
